Daniela Alvares took good care of me today after a poor experience with current insurer as well as quotes from competition that were shady at best. One associate attempted to sell me drive train coverage for the motor and stern drive. In the fine print the policy expires when a boat reaches 20 years old which happens to mine in January. As the policy starts in August that means I would pay for a policy addition that expires on me with 8 months remaining in the year! Read the fine print and get multiple quotes, orrrrr skip all that and just call Daniela!

Working with this company has been nothing short of a miracle! Especially Jay Diaz! Every time I speak with him, he’s knowledgeable and makes sure I know the ins & outs of my insurance plan. He’s been explains things to me that no other agent has EVER been able too! Jay really works hard and above all, as the customer I am left in satisfaction! Even with this recent renewal process and finding me a better plan at a cheaper price!! I couldn’t ask for more from him as he’s always been ahead of any possible question I could have, and anticipating my insurance needs. Jay should really get a raise and extra time off! He’s that wonderful that we were able to breeze through my renewal and I am so happy with a cheaper monthly rate! I received five star service from Michael Hernandez on my 44 foot Island Packet sailing vessel Patriot. I requested a COI liability letter as part of my application for a mariner and yacht club in Stuart Florida. He was impressive with his attention to my request and kept me informed on every step.
